The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the event date unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing may vary based on event size, location, staffing needs, and duration.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations within 24–72 hours of the event may incur additional charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate event details

Ensure a safe working environment

Provide necessary access, setup instructions, and accommodations if required

Gold Standard Staffing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in unsafe or inappropriate conditions.

5. Liability

Gold Standard Staffing is not liable for:

Damages caused by guests or third parties

Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

Losses resulting from inaccurate event details provided by the client

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
